Service

optii.eu provides a GPU-powered OCR API for text extraction from documents. The service is operated by Chut, Belgium.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share API keys publicly. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tiers

• Free: 10 requests/min, 500 monthly quota, 1 API key
• Professional: Custom limits, contact us to upgrade
• Enterprise: Custom limits, SLA, dedicated support

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the API, or resell access without authorization.

Data & Privacy

Documents are processed in-memory and never stored. Zero data retention. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
